Private Messages
Socialcast provides the ability for employees to send private messages to one another for confidential information sharing. A private message offers employees using Socialcast the chance to communicate directly without having to leave the application.
- When a message isn't intended for general visibility, Private Message provide confidential information sharing
- Real-time unread message beacon alerts you of a new Private Message
- Attach files, photos, videos, and links to Private Messages
- Private Messages do not show in any stream, default or custom, and are only viewable in the Private Messages section of the community
- This feature is only available on premium deployments, and must be enabled by a community administrator
