Private Networks
Email domain-based networks are only open to current employees with a valid company email address. Networks can also be locked down by a site administrator to be invitation-only.
Administration Rights
Companies may claim community administration rights for free for an unlimited number of users. Administrators can manage users and site customization.
Data Ownership and Archiving
Companies own all content posted by their employees and may ask for an export at any time. Data is archived hourly at an offsite location, and all content inside the community is searchable by users.
Email Verification
All new users must verify their valid email address upon registering for their community.
Encryption
Company data is stored securely with 128-bit secure socket layer data encryption, time-stamped data record management, frequent backups, and complete detailed transaction audit trails.
